Teresa Jo Ward Bailey, age 73, passed away Friday morning, September 17, 2021 at her home. Born January 12, 1948 in Johnston County she was a daughter of the late Gerald and Faye Edwards Ward. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Bailey; grandson, Kenneth Roland; and brother, Al Dobbs.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 20, 2021 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Ham officiating. Burial will follow in Oakland Heights Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Monday just prior to the service at the funeral home.

Surviving are her sons, Harvey Bailey, Jr. and wife Tracy of Wilson's Mills and Will Roland and wife Jamie of McGee's Crossroads; daughters, Marla Blanton and husband John of Smithfield and Angie Wilkins and husband Paul of Smithfield; one brother; three sisters; ten grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
