Smithfield – Madison Oakley Smith, age 17, passed away Saturday March 13, 2021. She was born in Craven County on February 14, 2004 to Jeffrey E.B. Smith and Christina D. Smith. A memorial service will be conducted in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home Monday March 15, 2021 at 7 PM. In addition to her parents, Oakley is survived by sisters, Skylar M.
