Kim Moore House, age 62, of Selma, passed away at her home on April 10, 2021 following a brief illness.  Born in Johnston County on May 14, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Joe and Frances Thorne Moore.  Kim was the former owner and operator of Selma IGA.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 13 at 4:00 pm in the Branch Chapel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Eric Narron and Rev. Rickey Evans officiating.  The family will receive friends following the service.  For those unable to attend, the service can be viewed live on the Parrish Funeral Home Facebook page.

Surviving is her husband, Gary House, Sr.; her son, Gary House, Jr. of Selma; the joy of her life, grandson Gavin who called her "Gram" and was her inspiration to keep going; and her longtime friend Laura Price.
