Garner – William "Bill" Wack, age 70, died, Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh, NC. Born in Grafton, Ohio on August 7, 1954, he was the youngest child of Charles and Edith Wack of Whittier, California. He was preceded in death by his parents and by his older brother, Charles Wack, Jr.

Bill worked for 25 years at American Airlines and was a devoted member of the Philadelphia Church of God. He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother, and a friend to many.

Bill is survived by his wife, Susan Wack of Garner; son, Ryan Wack and daughter, Amy Wack Vreugdenhil of Tucson, AZ, daughters Jordan Wack of New Boston, NH, Mallory Wack of Garner, NC, and Meagan Chafatinos (and husband Chris) of Holly Springs, NC; granddaughter, Hailey Chafatinos; and his older sister, Nancy Grossberg of Santa Barbara, California, as well as several nieces and nephews.
