Pine Level - Virginia Dare Bizzell Creech, age 86, passed away on Monday, February 15, 2021, in her home. She was born on July 3, 1934, to the late Jerry Thurman Bizzell and Lillie Woodard Bizzell in Johnston County. She is preceded in death by her husband John Bernice Creech, brothers, James Kenneth Bizzell, Harold Bizzell, sisters, Kathleen Bizzell, Dora Bizzell Lee, and Betty Lois Bizzell Johnson. Mrs. Virginia worked as a seamstress for many years and loved her sewing work. She was a wonderful cook, and she loved working in her yard when she was able. Virginia always treated others the way she would want to be treated. She was a loving wife to her late husband and a loving mother to her daughter.

A graveside funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in Bizzell Grove Memorial Gardens in Princeton.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Dianne Creech Blackmon of Pine Level, sisters, Margie Bizzell Batten (husband Morris) of Oxford, and Louise Bizzell Barnes of Smithfield, as well as many nieces and nephews.
