Selma – Vicky Susan Windham, age 69, passed away on Monday May 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Johnston County on February 12, 1956 to the late Billy Ray Windham and Minnie Ann Windham.

A graveside service will be held in Crocker Cemetery at 11:00 AM on Thursday May 22, 2025.

Vicky is survived by her sisters, Terry Cullens and husband Chuck of Hertford, Lisa Tyson, and husband Seth of Stantonsburg; nieces and nephews, Justin Cullens and wife Jessica of Holly Springs, Jordan Cullens and wife Caroline of Fuquay Varina, Anna Tyson Parris and husband Hunter of Wilson, Abby Tyson of Wilson; great nieces and nephews, Braxton, Easton, Madison, Ellis, Emily, Tyson, and Riley.

Vicky was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt. She passionately cared for her mother in most of her adult life. She loved her family with particular fondness of her nieces and nephews who were the joys of her life. Vicky was a member of Pine Level UMC and sang in the choir. She loved her little town of Pine Level and often said it's the "best little town in North Carolina." She was a kind spirit and loving heart.

Vicky loved yard work, spending time with family and going to the beach. We will forever cherish the memories we shared with her. May she rest in peace in her eternal home.
