Tara Ann Burk-Jarvis, age 62, died Saturday, November 25, 2023, in Benson.  Born November 19, 1961, in York County, PA to Sandra Anne Bedwell Burk and the late Wilbur Dean Burk.  An animal lover all of her life, she helped many area families by sitting in their homes to take care of their animals while they traveled.  In her earlier years, she enjoyed playing her guitar.  She was a two-time cancer survivor, both times she credited her recoveries to her horse.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.

Surviving are her husband of ten years, Terry Jarvis; mother, Sandra Anne Bedwell Burk of the home; In-laws, David and Shirley Jarvis of Selma.
