Ruby Davis Allen, age 89, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2024 in Helping Hands Assisted Living in Goldsboro. Born October 24, 1934  in Johnston County she was a daughter of Alton and Ida Lee Davis.

Surviving are her son, Jimmie Allen and wife Darlene of Selma; daughter, Theresa Medlin and husband Ronnie of Kenly; sister, Ellen Melvin of Smithfield; grandchildren, Jonathan Allen and wife Marie, Hannah Wright, Everette Hinnant and wife Kristy, Justin Hinnant and wife Robyn and Hunter Hinnant and wife Ashley; and eight great grandchildren.

A private family burial will be held in the Davis Family Cemetery.
