Ruben Garcia Delgado, age 53, passed away at his home in Selma on Friday, August 18, 2023. Born in Mexico on July 14, 1970, he was a son to the late Jesus Garcia and Guadalupe Delgado.

Ruben was a dedicated and hard-working man who had a passion for cars. But most of all he loved and cared so much about his family. He was generous and always put his children and grandchildren first. Ruben had a huge heart and was very friendly, he had so much love to give. He had so many plans for the future that focused on the wellbeing of his children and grandchildren whom he loved very much.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, August 25, 2023, in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home in Selma. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 P.M. just prior to the service.

In addition to his parents, Ruben is preceded in death by his brothers, Victor and Francisco Garcia Delgado, and his nephew, Victor Ramirez.

He is survived by his daughters, Moani Garcia and Tottyanna Clark; son, Ruben Garcia Jr.; siblings, Jesus Garcia Delgado, Bernarda Garcia Delgado, Maria de los Angeles Garcia Delgado, Elvira Garcia Delgado, Arturo Garcia Delgado, Roberto Garcia Delgado; grandchildren, Ja'Liegha Nicole Clark, Jamari Rayshaun Glynn, Janiyah Rae Glynn, and Josiah Jesus Garcia.

Rubén García Delgado, de 53 años, falleció en su casa en Selma el viernes 18 de agosto de 2023. Nacido en México el 14 de julio de 1970, era hijo del fallecido Jesús García y Guadalupe Delgado.

Rubén era un hombre dedicado, trabajador y apasionado por los automóviles. Pero, sobre todo, amaba y se preocupaba mucho por su familia. Fue generoso y siempre puso a sus hijos y nietos en primer lugar. Rubén tenía un corazón enorme y era muy amigable, tenía mucho amor para dar. Tenía tantos planes para el futuro que se centraban en el bienestar de sus hijos y nietos a quienes amaba mucho.

A las 14:00 horas se celebrará el funeral. el viernes 25 de agosto de 2023, en la capilla de Parrish Funeral Home en Selma. La familia recibirá amigos de 13 a 14 horas. justo antes del servicio.

Además de sus padres, a Rubén le precedieron en la muerte sus hermanos, Víctor y Francisco García Delgado, y su sobrino, Víctor Ramírez.
