Robert 'Bob' Allen Gardner, age 85, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023. He was born in Towson, MD on April 10, 1937, to the late Gordon Phillip & Dorothy Shea Gardner.
Bob was loved by his family, friends and all who met him. He spent his entire working career in the automobile industry. Anyone who needed "A Guy" for a car and you knew Bob, he was "your guy." If he wasn't working, he was out playing golf. He never met a stranger and was happy to help
anyone.

Bob is survived by his wife of 64 years, Barbara Gardner, daughter Karen Gardner of Keedysville, MD; Robert A. Gardner, II (Sabra) of Chantilly, VA; Michael Gardner of Smithfield, NC; Matt Gardner (Shelley) of Smithfield, NC; Sean Gardner (Amy) of Manassas, VA; grandchildren Kaitlyn Piland, Jacob Gardner, Cannon Gardner, Dawson Gardner, Cameron Piland, Matthew Gardner & Zaquan Sanders; brother Phil Gardner; sister, Jackie Shaffer; sister, Dani Gardner; brother, Glen Gardner (Ellen); sister Patti Knott (Michael); and many nieces and nephews.
