Rebecca "Becky" Elaine Moore- age 69, passed on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at UNC Johnston Health. Born, December 1, 1954, in Smithfield, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Paul Moore and Sarah Elizabeth Butts. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jerry P. Moore.

She was a loving woman, she loved everyone that she came in contact with and left an impacting effect on their lives. She also adored her family and was a loving grandmother. She also loved watching her shows, which included Cops and court television. She also enjoyed her career in home making, which she did most of her life.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, May 23, 2024, 11:00 am, visitation will be 10:00-11:00 am, in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home, in Selma. Burial will follow in at Selma Memorial Gardens in Selma.

She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Overton (Richard Overton) of Selma, grandchildren; Kayla Stott (Michael Stott) of Micro, Ashlyn Overton, great-grandson, Brentley Stott, special family member, Donna Gilmore (Roger) of Smithfield.
