Smithfield – Martha McDonald Ingram Parrish, age 87, passed away peacefully Wednesday November 15, 2023 at UNC Johnston Health. She was born June 29, 1936 to the late Jarvis McDonald and Hattie Parton McDonald. In addition to her father and mother, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Luby B. Ingram; brothers, Bill, Pete, David, Howard McDonald; son, and Ricky Ingram.

The family will receive visitors at Parrish Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday November 17, 2023.

Martha is survived by daughter, Doris Jasinski; sons, Thomas Ingram and wife Joan, Wayne Ingram; grandchildren, William D. Franks, Melissa Strickland, Rhonda Ward, Angela Blackburn, Patricia Green, TJ Ingram, Kevin Ingram, Melissa Ingram, Kathie Ann Harteau; great grandchildren, Mariah Lucas, Cameron Lucas, Laurali Demaio, Andrew Demaio, Dylon Norris, Jubilee Lipscomb, Logan Green, Artie Green, Luke Green, Braylen Hart, Hailey Green, Francis Demaio Jr., James T. Mills, Nolan Holmes, Harper Harteau; great great grandchildren, Eleanor Norris, Brenleigh Norris, Jade Ferritize, Noah Ferritizie.
