Maria Dolores Cortez Hernandez, age 95, entered into eternal glory on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, in her home of Selma. She was born on May 1, 1930, a daughter of the late Antonio Cortez and Maria Hernandez. Maria was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother. She leaves behind a legacy of love in her beautiful family.

Visitation service will take place Friday, June 6, 2025, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ann Catholic Church in Clayton. Burial will follow in Price Cemetery in Selma.

María Dolores Cortez Hernández, de 95 años, falleció el martes 3 de junio de 2025 en su hogar de Selma. Nació el 1 de mayo de 1930, hija de los difuntos Antonio Cortez y María Hernández. María fue una madre, abuela, bisabuela y tatarabuela amorosa. Deja un legado de amor en su hermosa familia.

El velatorio se llevará a cabo el viernes 6 de junio de 2025, de 16:00 a 18:00 h, en la capilla de la Funeraria Parrish. La misa funeral se celebrará el sábado 7 de junio de 2025 a las 11:00 h en la Iglesia Católica de Santa Ana en Clayton. El entierro se realizará posteriormente en el Cementerio Price de Selma.
