Clayton – Larry De Eisenhut, age 77, Passed away January 12, 2024 at his home in Clayton. He was born in Wake County on June 20, 1946 to the late Ella Ivey Perry Eisenhut and Lawrence Daniel Eisenhut. In addition to his mother and father, he is also preceded in death by a sister, Elaine Hiatt;

His ashes will be scattered at a place that brought him joy, Harker's Island.

He is survived by his daughters, Mindy Newport of Whispering Pines, and Kelli Short of Hillsborough; niece, Dana Anderson; brother-in-law, Randy Connor.
