Smithfield – Kenneth "Rabbit" Bryant Sellers, age 76, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, in UNC Johnston Health Hospital of Smithfield. Born, February 14, 1948, in Johnston County, he was a son of the late Oscar B. Sellers and Irene Eason Sellers. He is preceded in death by his siblings; Mickey Odell Sellers, Oscar Braxton Sellers and Betty Benson. Kenneth was a Jack-of-all-trades; he did a little bit of everything. He was a loving husband to his wife, and she was just as devoted to him, they were two peas in a pod. Kenneth also enjoyed farming and gardening, as well as listening to the radio and watching tv. He will be greatly missed by his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Ida Mae Sellers, brothers; Arthur Sellers of Selma, James Sellers (Doris) of Selma, Robert Lee Sellers of Selma; sisters, Josephine Narron of Pine Level, Ruby Hayes (Donald) of Sneads Ferry, Linda Coley of Wilmington, Alma Collen Collier (Sammie) of Selma and Kathy Edwards of Selma, as well as many nieces and nephews.
