Joyce Ann Perry Mincey, age 73, died peacefully at her home on July 5, 2024. A daughter of the late Ray and Joan Bissett Perry, she was born on September 4, 1950. She was preceded in death by brothers, Ray Perry and Raymond Perry. She was a loving wife, mama, and grandmother. Joyce loved playing Bingo and traveling. She enjoyed visiting casinos and taking cruises.

A service will be held Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service at Parrish Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A private burial service will be held at a later date.

Joyce is survived by her husband, Rupert Mincey; sons, John Collie, Jr. (Lisa) of Selma, Donnie Collie (Jamie Johnson) of Selma; daughter, Diane Novick (Frank) of Selma; stepchildren, Donna Mincey Brown, George Rupert Mincey, Christopher Ray Mincey, Kevin David Mincey; brothers, Mack Perry and Connie Perry; sister, Tammy Massengill; 18 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; and many bonus grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
