Willow Springs – Joy Howell, age 68, passed away Friday September 19, 2025 at the SECU Hospice House in Smithfield. She was born on January 2, 1957 to the late Gerald Johnson and Vivian Johnson.
The family will receive visitors at Parrish Funeral Home on Friday September 26, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, John Howell of Willow Springs; brother's in law Tommy Howell, Roy Howell and wife Judy; sister in law, Lola Williford.
