Jessica Lynn Turbeville, 44, passed away March 20, 2025, at First Health Hospital in Raeford. Born January 1, 1981, she was the daughter of Brad and Alesia Owens. Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Louise Turbeville.

Jessica was a beloved daughter. She is survived by her parents, Brad and Alesia Owens; daughter, Alessia Turbeville; brother, Bradley Justin Owens; sister, Stephanie Owens; uncle and aunt, Herb and Bobbie Willcutt; aunts, Pam White, Sheila Waymon, Elizabeth Jacobs, and Teresa Sweat; and many nieces, nieces, and cousins.

Services for Jessica will be private.
