Selma- Jerry Wallace Norris, age 63, passed away on Saturday, December 21, 2024, in his home of Selma. Born, October 10, 1961, in Johnston County, he was a son of Jimmy W. Norris and Nelda W. Norris. He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy W. Norris. Jerry was a kind and gentle soul. He enjoyed working on cars and loved racing also. Most of all, Jerry loved his family and spending time with them. He was a loving son, husband, father and friend.

Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home in Selma with the burial to follow in Selma Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors one hour before the service.

He is survived by his loving mother, Nelda W. Norris, his wife of 12 years, Sheri Norris, children; Brandy Norris of Swansboro, Heather Sage and wife Kesia of Raleigh, Andrew Stout of Selma, Alexis Michelle Gruber of VA, Amanda Michael Gruber of Selma, Tori A. Gruber of VA, and Sadie Lauren Gruber of VA.
