Jane Johnson Hobbs, 90, of Highway 210 Smithfield died on April 23, 2020. Born in Johnston County on December 24, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Arthur and Alma Jane Stevens Johnson. Mrs. Hobbs was the widow of Shelton Hobbs who died in 2010.

Surviving Mrs. Hobbs are her sons, Joseph "Joey" Hobbs and wife Tina Shirley Hobbs of Smithfield, Mark S. Hobbs and wife Gracelyn B. Hobbs of Mount Olive, Harold L. Hobbs and wife Debra H. Hobbs of Selma; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren.

All services will be private.
