SELMA – Helen Booker Langley Brown, age 76, died Monday morning, June 10, 2019, at her home.  Born January 7, 1943 in Johnston County to the late Robert Jack and Della Green Langley, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Johnny Langley and Phillip Langley and 3 sisters, Jackie L. Narron, Mary L. Nettles and Elgie L. Bass.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Brown-McCall Family Cemetery.

Surviving are her husband, Harold Brown; sons, Robert Wayne Brown and wife Sheila and Harold Millard Brown and wife Kenia all of Selma; brother, James Langley and wife Joan of Selma; sister, Ann Davis and husband Percy of Smithfield and three grandsons, Collin Brown, Merlin Brown and Marc Brown.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. just prior to the service.
