She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, and Nana who treasured her family above all else. Known for her kind and gentle spirit, Evelyn was a faithful friend who treated everyone with fairness, compassion, and love. She especially enjoyed cooking and looked forward each Christmas to preparing everyone's favorite treats, creating cherished memories that her family will forever hold dear.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 20, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Parrish Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Selma Memorial Gardens.
