Delores Charlene "Dee" Tart, age 91, passed away Wednesday June 25, 2025 at Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on April 5, 1934 to the late Charles Monroe Thomason and Betty Siever Thomason. In addition to her father and mother, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Bradley Tart; a son, Charles Alan Tart.

The family will receive visitors at Everett Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Clayton on Saturday June 28, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will follow the visitation in the church at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow immediately after the service in Maplewood Cemetery.

Delores is survived by her sons, Dennis Tart of Winston Salem, Christopher Tart of Garner; daughters, Diana Lee of Clayton, Darlene Tart of Clayton; brother, Donald Thomason of Oklahoma City, OK; 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
