Catina Ann Mansell, age 52, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at Wake Med in Raleigh. Born on February 16, 1973, in Wake County, she was the daughter of Kathy Dabbs and the late James Douglas Mansell, Sr.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Sara Elizabeth Wall, and her aunt, Linda Childress.

Catina loved to make people laugh and brought joy to those around her with her sense of humor.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Selma Memorial Gardens.

Catina is survived by her mother and stepfather, Kathy Dabbs and Willy; her brothers, James Douglas Mansell, Jr., and Donald Lord Mansell; her boyfriend, Edgar; her aunts, Esther Sue Peterson and Helen Doris Dabbs; and her cousin, Scott Childress, and his wife, Tammy.
