Andrea Wallace (Walton)
May 22, 1948 - November 8, 2023


Andy was preceded in death by her parents, Mearl and Hallie Walton, and stepson, John (Rich) Wallace. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, John Wallace; 1 son, Joel (Amy) Spencer, and their children, Selena, Griffin, Dominic, and Molly; 1 daughter Lori (Jason) Herzog, and their children Regan and Greydan Herzog and Morgan Spencer; 1 stepdaughter, Andrea Wallace and her daughter Shelby (Cody) Cunningham and their 2 sons Colt and Spencer; granddaughter, Courtney (Sean) Pinkstaff; twin sisters Lecia Eaton and Leah (Keith) Melton, 1 brother, Phillip (Teresa) Walton, 1 sister-in-law, Linda Wallace; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, former in-laws, and wonderful friends.

Andy graduated from Fairborn High School in 1966, attended Marshall University, and later graduated from Clark State College and Park University. She retired from the City of Springfield, Ohio in 2008.

Andy and John moved to North Carolina where they made many lasting friendships. Andy was the shining light, partner, and love of John's life. She was the essence of a well-lived life with a wonderful personality and sense of humor. She was full of life right to the end, was loved by all, and will be missed by all. She was a compassionate woman who loved her family and loved God.

There will be no service at this time; instead, the family will hold a celebration of life at a later date. Donations can be made in Andy's name to the following charities:
