Smithfield – Alicia Paige Edwards, age 57, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2024, in UNC Johnston Health of Smithfield. Born, September 8, 1967, in Johnston County, she was the daughter of Harry Edwards and Sue Stephenson Edwards. She is preceded in death by her mother, Sue Stephenson Edwards, paternal grandparents, Harry V. Edwards and Alice P. Edwards, maternal grandparents, Walter M. Stephenson and Ruby C. Stephenson. Paige was a loving daughter. She enjoyed colorful stickers and scrapbooking. The holiday season was Paige's favorite time of year, she loved thanksgiving and Christmas. Paige always looked forward to see what Santa Clause had brought her at Christmas. She was also a fan of country music and watching wrestling. Paige loved her stuffed frogs that were her babies and always had them with her.

A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, November 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. in the Hills of Neuse Memory Gardens with Rev. Gainus Sikes officiating. Paige will be laid to rest beside her mother Sue Edwards.

She is survived by her loving father and step mother, Harry and Sandy Edwards and her uncle Charles Edwards.
