Goldsboro – Ada Dawn Cooper, age 51, passed away Sunday June 22, 2025 at her home. She was born in Wayne County on October 19, 1973 to George Austin Cooper and Hazel Wiggins Cooper. She is preceded in death by her father.

A private graveside service will be held in Oakland Cemetery on Friday June 27, 2025.

She is survived by her son, Christian Bristol of Goldsboro; mother Hazel Cooper of Goldsboro; brother, Ashley Cooper, and wife Jamie of Goldsboro; niece, Mollie Cooper; nephew, Eliot Cooper.

Ms. Cooper enjoyed travelling in her spare time, especially to Topsail Island, where she loved being involved with anything to do with sea turtles.
