Lisa Withrow was born in Smithfield, NC and has lived in Johnston County all of her life.  She was graduated from Smithfield Selma Senior High School.  She is married to David Withrow and together they have two children, Hannah and Cole.  Her hobbies include reading, spending time at the beach and playing with her Lab, Gracie.  She is a member of the Whitley Pentecostal Holiness Church near Princeton.
